Is the booking deposit refundable?
Booking deposits are non-refundable as they secure your booking and reserve the vehicle exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or amend, please contact us as soon as possible and we will always try to help where we can.
What licence do I need for self-drive hire?
A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years prior to hire.
Can my equipment travel with the horse?
Yes, there is space for equipment to travel with your horse, provided the total payload is not exceeded. Please inform us at the time of booking what you plan to bring.
What age do I need to be to hire your horsebox?
Drivers must be aged 22–75 to hire the horsebox.
What is included in the hire?
The hire includes the horsebox, insurance, and standard equipment. Fuel, tolls, and additional equipment are the responsibility of the hirer unless otherwise stated.
Is insurance included?
Insurance cover and breakdown cover is included with the hire.
Do i need to return the horsebox with fuel?
Yes, the horsebox must be returned with the same fuel level it was collected with.
Do i need to clean the horsebox after use?
The horsebox must be returned clean. a cleaning fee may apply if returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
